Baptism in the I. Church of Agios Ioannis Prodromos Antigone

On Sunday, August 27, 2017, at the Church of St. John the Forerunner of Antigonis, the dear daughter of Achilleas and Evangelia (Eva) Chanidis was baptized.
"They will baptize me and dress me as a bride."
and the godmother who loves me keeps my name
and I'm anxiously waiting for him to tell the church" 
he mentioned the poem proposed in the baptismal invitation. 
Indeed, the godmother dear Tania I. Demirtzoglou revealed to the church that she calls her Daphne.  
Little Daphne gave plenty of smiles and we didn't hear many cries during the entire baptism. 
The mystery was performed by Panosiol. Chief Father Stefanos Noussis, Priestly Superior of Antigone, assisted by Rev. elder Father Dimitrios Tsiropoulos.  
At the baptism at A.Th.P. the Ecumenical Patriarch Mr. Bartholomew was represented by Panosiol. Chief Father Bartholomeos Takos, Arch Officials, doctors, teachers, community actors and many relatives and friends of the loving couple of the parents and godmother of the newly baptized were present. 
The common point of the dear parents and godmother was that they are all graduates of the Painting High School. We wish the godmother, dear Tania, to be "always worthy" of the duties of foster carer, and to the dear parents, Achillea and Eva, to raise little Daphne as they wish and to make her a worthy member of our society. 
To the dear grandparents Gina Karalazou - Chanidou, Savva and Kyriaki Ogretmenoglou, may they enjoy the progress of their little granddaughter and be happy for her.
