how in this book she examined the culinary side of Istanbul, how she talked with women from different backgrounds, different cultures, different history and religion.
Women who, despite the fact that they grew up in different families, have different professions, different visions and different life circumstances, have a lot in common.
From them she wanted to learn about the culinary culture of their childhood, and then about their relationship with the kitchen as working women.
If something changed from the old times to today, if they added something to this future spiritual heritage and if the "Kitchens" changed because of their way of life.
